ARTICLE XXXIX

XXXIX. - DURATION OF AGREEMENT

1. Except as specifically provided elsewhere in this Agreement, this entire Agreement shall be effective as of September 1, 2003, and shall continue in full force and effect until August 31, 2006.

2. The Board and Chapter shall enter into negotiations for a new Agreement no later than March 1, 2006.
